Mulberry seeks an on-site Full-Time Sales Assistant to create memorable customer experiences, leverage product knowledge and storytelling, and contribute to the brand’s Back to the Mulberry Spirit strategy while embodying Mulberry’s values and commitment to sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team.
  • Deliver an engaging, dynamic and memorable customer experience in-store.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
  • Be culturally connected and use Mulberry’s context in life and art to excite customers.
  • Be curious about the business and willing to share ideas.
  • Demonstrate a competitive spirit and strong desire to succeed.
  • Deliver operational excellence with respect for people, product and environment.
