About the role

Seasonal part-time Sales Assistant (Experience Expert) at Mulberry, responsible for delivering memorable in-store experiences, building customer relationships, and contributing to the Mulberry Spirit and Back to the Mulberry Spirit strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Create welcoming and fun environment for customers and team.
  • Deliver engaging, dynamic and memorable customer experience in-store.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
  • Be culturally connected and integrate Mulberry into customers' life and art experiences.
