About the role

Owner of the interface into the Recall platform, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and agentic experience across the Recall platform, including dashboard and MCP, with a focus on reliable infrastructure and user-centric product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • The dashboard and MCP. You’ll own the experience engineers and their agents have while integrating, debugging and supporting the Recall platform.
  • Product roadmap. You’ll interview users, analyze user behavior and run experiments to validate your hypotheses. You’ll figure out what needs to be solved next to have the most impact.

Qualifications

  • Expert full-stack engineer. Clean architecture and maintainable code across frontend and backend. We use django and typescript.
  • Ability to uncover user needs, ask questions, and turn vague concerns into clear problems.
  • Strong product judgment with focus on end-outcome and user success.
  • Developer mindset with an agent-first approach, building for how agents enable users to get more done.
  • Paranoia about security and writing secure code as a top priority.
