About the role

Hiring Experience and Operations Manager to own end-to-end recruiting experience and operations, lead Recruiting Coordinators, integrate AI to maximize efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate SandboxAQ’s talent strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Infrastructure and Analytics: Manage and optimize our recruiting tech stack to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and output; ensure tooling streamlines workflows, captures high-fidelity hiring signals, and helps measure candidate experience and long-term quality of hire.
  • Holistic Experience & Enablement: Own the end-to-end hiring journey for all stakeholders; build seamless workflows with HR, Finance, onboarding, and immigration; optimize processes from headcount planning to offer execution; manage interviewer load balancing; spearhead enablement programs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and grow a team of Recruiting Coordinators; ensure flawless execution of complex interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and on-site candidate experiences; step in as Recruiter when needed to support open positions or high-profile coordination needs.
  • Employer Branding & Strategic Partnerships: Drive global talent branding and craft a compelling employer value proposition; lead campus recruiting strategy and cultivate relationships with universities and industry communities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or similar function
  • 1+ years of direct people management experience
  • Operational Excellence & Tooling Strategy: track record of optimizing recruitment workflows and tech stacks; experience integrating automation or AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate signal capture
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: strong ability to measure hiring experience metrics, validate evaluation criteria, manage interviewer load, and translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: proven ability to partner with HR, Finance, and hiring managers; experience delivering interviewer training and enablement
  • Startup Agility & Execution: capable of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
