About the role

Recruiting Coordinator responsible for scheduling and administration across engineering, GTM, and G&A recruiting. Manages interview loops, calendars, candidate experience, ATS maintenance, onboarding logistics with People, and recruiting metrics. First coordinator at Parallel, shaping coordination processes.

Responsibilities

  • Run scheduling and admin side of recruiting for every team (Engineering, GTM, and G&A).
  • Build and manage interview loops across busy calendars and time zones, including technical interviews, work samples, sales panels, and finance screens.
  • Keep Ashby accurate in real time and be the main candidate contact from first screen to signed offer.
  • Work with both technical and non-technical recruiting teams; handle onboarding logistics with People.
  • Track recruiting metrics for hiring managers and leadership.
  • Design and implement coordination processes as the first recruiter coordinator at Parallel.

Qualifications

  • Coordinated high-volume hiring at a fast-moving company.
  • Experience across both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Maintained an ATS cleanly.
  • Ability to reschedule a five-person panel on short notice without the candidate noticing disruptions.
  • Treats scheduling emails as part of candidate experience; handles compensation and offer details discreetly.
  • Prefers building scalable systems over solving repeated problems; proactive in flagging problems.
