About the role

Entrepreneurial and motivated Business Operations Specialist to monitor daily live operations, ensure shifts are executed, and optimize processes in Traba’s live operations environment for the Philippines market.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Traba's daily operations live and ensure all shifts posted on our marketplace are executed flawlessly and troubleshoot in real-time
  • Coordinate closely with Territory Operations Manager to understand each customer’s unique needs to shape daily operations
  • Ensure a positive and trusted experience for workers on the platform
  • Provide excellent experience for workers before, during, and after their shifts
  • Resolve support issues for workers in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with and manage workers effectively to deliver the number of workers required by clients
  • Ensure workers are clocked in and clocked out at the right times for accurate payment
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product for efficiency
  • Support with forward-filling or worker-vetting initiatives when needed
  • Help build standard operating procedures and continuously improve them
  • Learn and master multiple internal systems
  • Help workers understand how to use the Traba app and handle sensitive, complex user-facing issues on the platform

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience at a fast-growth company in track & trace, logistics coordination or similar role
  • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and deliver against deadlines
  • Ownership mentality and strong work ethic
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong customer empathy and care for workers
  • Customer management skills, problem-solving, setting expectations, and building relationships
  • Grit and willingness to tackle hands-on work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
