About the role

Recruiter responsible for finding top talent, acting as the face of recruiting at Datadog, and shaping the candidate experience in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Find qualified talent for open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies
  • Screen candidates to ensure qualifications match open roles
  • Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes
  • Ensure follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates
  • Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates
  • Enhance recruitment process through training interview teams
  • Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress through funnel, resurface existing talent, and maintain clean data for reporting
  • Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience - regardless of outcome

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, in-house or staffing agency
  • Sourcing master with ability to identify where top talent lives
  • Autonomous with ability to manage multiple positions independently
  • Strong selling, negotiating, and closing skills
  • Ability to operate with urgency in all stages of recruiting
  • Ability to navigate an ever-changing process
