About the role

Solutions Architect focused on educating, evangelizing, and shaping customer outcomes for Endor Labs’ application security and software supply chain security solution suite. Remote US (PST) with compensation range $190,000-$250,000 plus incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Educate with Enthusiasm: Elevate awareness about Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security.
  • Master Our Tech: Deep dive into our supply chain security product suite and become the go-to expert and evangelist.
  • Deliver Tailored Demos: Showcase solutions with customer-specific, solution-oriented presentations.
  • Shape Customer Outcomes: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design customer-focused solutions and influence product development.
  • Facilitate Customer Success: Guide onboarding and adoption to ensure customers achieve security and development objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing, technical role.
  • Strong technical foundation with backend or full-stack development experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tooling.
  • Familiarity with application security, software supply chain security, and/or identity & access management concepts.
  • Robust understanding of Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and open-source ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to engage with technical Enterprise customers and articulate complex solutions during a sales cycle.
