About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct program support to Public Sector leadership by coordinating priorities, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Strong focus on process improvement, ensuring workflows are optimized, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinating cross-functional tasking and maintaining clear priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Improving business operations through supporting structured planning, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of processes.

Qualifications

  • Security clearance required
  • U.S. citizenship
  • 8+ years experience, including 4+ years in GovCon environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to support governance processes by preparing briefing materials, status reports, and executive dashboards for decision-making
  • Solid communication skills for clarity of direction and execution across teams
  • Ability to organize and document key meetings, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and transparency
  • Support adherence to required timekeeping compliance and working with financial audit team
