About the role

Mid-level role focusing on driving growth and optimizing adoption of Search Ads 360 across a portfolio of clients in the EMEA region. Acts as the domain expert for programmatic advertising, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and helps agencies leverage SA360 to achieve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Meet business growth goals and optimize adoption and usage of Search Ads 360 across customer portfolio.
  • Act as the Google domain expert and chief point of contact for all things programmatic, especially as a product expert in Google Marketing Platforms and SA360. Develop, drive, and renew agency partnerships across the organization from account teams to C-level stakeholders.
  • Leverage client management, industry, and product expertise to scope and understand client business needs and issues. Lead customer communications and feature prioritization, and resolve client issues.
  • Use key optimization levers, like automation and attribution, to drive performance against our clients' desired customer business outcomes. Consult agency partners on the adoption of SA360 technology and best practices to drive search marketing success.
  • Partner with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including Google product, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
  • Experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Search, or advertising technology platforms (e.g., Google Ads or Google Marketing Platform).

Benefits

  • €84,000 - €86,000 (EUR) salary range in Ireland, + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
