About the role

Senior Product Manager responsible for guiding the User Voice platform, conversational AI capabilities, and integration of generative AI into analytics workflows. Owns roadmap, platform extensibility, and cross-functional partnership to unify legacy tools into a centralized intelligence ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the goals and product roadmap for our generative AI assistant, empowering internal product teams to query, analyze, and synthesize user feedback through natural language.
  • Own the evolution of next-generation topic search, automated issue clustering, and in-depth investigative dashboards to help teams identify emerging user friction points and product opportunities.
  • Drive the integration of LLMs and advanced AI capabilities directly into daily analytical workflows, transforming raw feedback into proactive insights.
  • Oversee the deprecation of fragmented legacy feedback tools, unifying features and users onto our centralized platform.
  • Partner across engineering, UX, analytics, and product leadership to align roadmap priorities, drive platform adoption, and advocate a user-centered product goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1).
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
