About the role

Program Manager role responsible for leading large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring delivery of data center facilities and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data center projects from inception through to completion.
  • Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facility.
  • Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs.
  • Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment.
  • Resolve highly critical issues within organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in design, development, and construction projects for data centers or mission critical industries.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
