About the role

Strategic Agency Manager responsible for partnering with performance media agencies in the Nordic region, managing C-level relationships, and driving growth through cross-product initiatives and effective go-to-market strategies within Google Customer Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners across the ecosystem, while managing partnerships with entities of all sizes.
  • Develop cross-product area partner initiatives and construct go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across rapidly changing industries.
  • Discuss and drive agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners, and build consensus with internal and external executives.
  • Manage relationships for existing agreements, realize and optimize value from partnerships, and cultivate effective long-term connections.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management in the digital marketing/advertising industries with a focus on the Nordic region.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in Norwegian, Danish or Swedish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
