About the role

Google's software engineers develop next-generation technologies; this role focuses on building Salesforce-based business systems for the YouTube GTMS T&I Partnership Systems team to help creators and partnerships achieve better outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL, applying established patterns with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Build and maintain system integrations and data pipelines connecting Salesforce with Google's internal (1P) and third-party (3P) platforms, writing unit/integration tests and participating in code reviews to maintain foundational code quality alongside vendor teams.
  • Support day-to-day release operations, CI/CD deployments, and first-line production incident triage, identifying and escalating technical challenges and contributing to their resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, product leads, and business system owners to help translate business requirements into technical solutions and clear documentation.
  • Manage assigned tasks and priorities effectively, contributing to project goals and milestones with regular guidance and supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience coding in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, Apex, Java, Django.
