About the role

Program Manager responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance work, CMMS administration at site level, and coordinating with data center operations to ensure safe, efficient maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors, planning and scheduling resources for maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with facility management in developing and maintaining schedules and resource leveling using the site CMMS program.
  • Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
  • Manage CMMS and work management processes at the site level for daily data center operations.
  • Utilize comprehensive analytics from CMMS data to assist the Facilities Managers (FM) team in their decision-making efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system.
  • Experience in Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance and HVAC.
