About the role

Senior Program Manager leading Data Center Physical Infrastructure Controls Security (PhysICS) and OT Health within Google’s Infrastructure Development and Delivery (ID2) organization. Responsible for strategic roadmapping, leading a globally distributed team of TPMs/PMs/Operations Engineers, and reducing cybersecurity risk across OT/ICS environments in data centers. Role includes cross-functional liaison between Central Operations, Plant Engineering, site teams, and security governance (CSRM, OTS, CCSE).

Responsibilities

  • Define, articulate, and execute the multi-year strategic roadmap for OT Health and PhysICS security hygiene.
  • Manage, coach, and scale a globally distributed team of senior TPMs, PMs, and Operations Engineers.
  • Oversee deployment, sustainment, and lifecycle of critical security boundaries (e.g., Next Generation Infrastructure Controls Network).
  • Direct programs auditing and monitoring data center OT equipment configurations, PLC updates, OTHP virtualization, and asset inventory to improve reliability and reduce MTTR.
  • Serve as central operational custodian bridging communication between upstream security/design teams and downstream local stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
  • Experience in risk management, and domain authority in OT cybersecurity.
  • Experience automating legacy workflows and migrating legacy systems onto centrally managed virtualization platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
