About the role

Program Manager role overseeing vendor production oversight of data center technical infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning planning, process improvements, cross-functional coordination, and logistics optimization for Google Cloud Data Center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor production from assembly to shipping of data center technical infrastructure.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards to ensure business continuity and build business cases for process and logistics improvements.
  • Design and execute comprehensive forward and reverse logistics strategies aligned with the organization's long-term business goals.
  • Drive technology-driven automation, reduce MTTR, optimize capacity, and eliminate obstacles in material flow to lower operational costs.
  • Partner with internal Google teams, carriers, and external vendors to align priorities, reduce delivery cycle times, and scale operations efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
  • 5 years of experience improving and identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
  • 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role, supporting supply chain, logistics, or vendor relations.
