About the role
Advanced software engineering role focusing on AI/ML systems and Agentic solutions within Google's AI Garage, HR domain, with emphasis on technical leadership, architecture, and scalable AI/ML delivery.
Responsibilities
- Engineering technical lead for the AI Garage team which responsible for developing AI/ML systems and Agentic solutions in HR domain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 1 year of experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or models.
