About the role

Senior leadership-level Technical Program Manager responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs, driving strategic planning, governance, and cross-organizational execution within Google’s Core team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management with measurable improvements.
  • Be a change advocate responsible for initiating and leading pivots across organizations to address shifts in business trends and priorities.
  • Drive measurable program performance gains correlated to execution velocity and establish governance over prioritization decisions.
  • Lead strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio, influencing resourcing decisions, cadence, and stakeholders.
  • Be a highly credible thought leader within Google and the industry on the subject matter domain of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to streamline business or development workflows.
