About the role

Partner Delivery Manager acting as executive-level bridge between Google and advertising partners, blending strategy, technical expertise, and program management to define delivery strategy, activate partner goals, and scale Google’s advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and cultivate executive relationships with C-suite leaders within your assigned partner portfolio, acting as the primary executive contact for operational strategy, commercial incentives, and governance.
  • Lead executive-level business reviews to review performance against joint goals, identify new opportunities for growth, and ensure long-term partner health and satisfaction from a service delivery perspective.
  • Conduct assessments of partner technical maturity and identify skill gaps.
  • Lead initiatives and drive core cross-functional efforts related to partner engagement.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery life-cycle for partners, serving as an executive technical and functional consultant during live advertiser activations, mobilizing internal specialized Engineering or Upskilling teams to unblock the most complex projects and ensure delivery quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in partner management, program management, management consulting, or a technical customer-facing leadership role.
  • Experience leading projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital advertising solutions (e.g., AI, Measurement, Ads), the broader media landscape, and enterprise sales dynamics.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support partners in this region.
