About the role

Measurement and Incrementality Expert (MIE) within the Measurement Services Hub (MSH) for gTech Ads GCS, focusing on media effectiveness studies, causal impact analysis, and incrementality to demonstrate value of advertiser investments across Google media channels. Role spans Tokyo, Japan and Seoul, South Korea.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, measurement objectives and provide optimal measurement strategy and define right KPIs based on eligibility criteria.
  • Design and execute measurement studies (conversion lift studies, Marketing Mix Modeling calibrations, etc.) for clients and optimize for success, and ensure there is a Statsig read on uplift.
  • Provide knowledge of measurement platforms (e.g., Ads, GeoX (Geo Experiments) or Cross-Channel platforms) and advanced problem-solving skills to design measurement studies. Model results and triage to ROI analysis on broader media plans. Analyze attribute lift across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AE) and Media Effectiveness Regional Product Lead (rPL) to interpret measurement results for the client and identify opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Japanese or Korean fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
