About the role

Lead the enablement strategy and education for agency partners on Global Product Priorities and gTech Media and Tech Services, driving partner activation, product adoption, and business growth across a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define enablement strategy and learning roadmap for a global product priority/area for your region by auditing partner, product and service delivery gaps, and determining priority capability areas and designing targeted learning to bridge skill gaps.
  • Design scalable service packages with enablement bundles tailored to business targets, agency needs, and market demand.
  • Work with regional partner delivery managers to deliver training, and govern the certification process to maintain a reliable pipeline of independent, product-ready individuals.
  • Partner with teams across gTech Ads, Product, Marketing and Sales to design and deploy service package bundles for agencies on annual targets; foster cross-functional relationships to build trust and increase demand for services.
  • Lead projects that support the team’s distributed culture and large-scale internal operations to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or management consulting, leading business initiatives.
