About the role
Data Center Operations Business Program Manager responsible for supporting GDC facilities operations, including supply chain management, financial support at site level, strategic negotiations, non-critical infrastructure project management, and co-driving strategic initiatives with stakeholders; manages budget, RFPs, procurement, supplier contracts, and facilities services.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for financial reporting, CapEx (Capital Expenditures) and OpEx (Operational Expenditures) budget planning within Data Center Operations (DCOps).
- Ensure financial compliance, working with the Facilities Management team to achieve goals.
- Act as the point of contact for projects as assigned by the Facility Manager.
- Prepare statements of work (SOW) for facilities vendor agreements.
- Work with facilities vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the Facility Manager. Obtain facilities-related vendor proposals, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
