About the role

Google Cloud role focusing on Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to empower mid-market customers through technical leadership, architecting solutions, and driving technical wins.

Responsibilities

  • Work on identifying and qualifying business opportunities, key customer technical objections, and developing strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Share Google Workspace expertise to support the technical relationship with customers and partners, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and coordination of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Workspace. Lead technical aspects of RFPs/RFIs.
  • Architect solutions that leverage Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate complex, end-to-end customer workflows. Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure needed to implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Workspace.
  • Educate partners and customers on leveraging agentic capabilities using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, including integrations with third-party data sources.
  • Lead discussions that connect business goals to technical decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
  • Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
