About the role

AI Activation Lead responsible for the delivery and business success of AI engagements with Google Cloud's customers, coordinating across engineers, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure measurable business value and scalable delivery of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements with strategic customers. Establish program structures, milestones, sprint plans, risk tracking, and delivery cadences across distributed teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery, owning executive communication and escalations. Lead steering committees to align sponsors on progress, risks, and priorities.
  • Partner with engineers, architects, product teams, and sales to align priorities and clear blockers, enabling engineering teams to focus on building.
  • Advise on change management, operational enablement, and rollout planning to drive adoption and bring AI solutions from concept to production.
  • Leverage AI to streamline briefings, analysis, and reporting, helping build repeatable workflows, methods, and agent skills across engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience leading programs and working with cross-function teams.
  • 3 years of experience delivering presentations at the executive level.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning projects, tools, or infrastructure.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management promoting customer adoption of solutions and business growth in AI or related technology fields.
