About the role

Financial Analyst role within the GCS Americas Ads Finance team, focusing on providing analytical insights, planning, and decision support to drive revenue growth and strategic priorities for AMER MMS Commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business strategy and accountability across GCS Americas MMS Commerce, through effective delivery of key program insights on drivers of performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor primarily to the US MMS Commerce VP and Commerce sales leaders from other markets on business performance, with a focus on key growth drivers.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (AMER RSO, AMER PSA) to understand drivers of performance and support activation of sales strategies through regular tracking and monitoring of progress.
  • Communicate insights effectively to senior audiences by simplifying technical complexity and presenting clear narratives focused on actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
  • Experience executing full-cycle financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
