About the role
Program Manager role focusing on data center operations in Singapore and APAC, overseeing facilities operations, budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and non-critical infrastructure projects within a global data center environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Statements of Work (SoW) for critical and non-critical facility operations agreements.
- Obtain facilities-related vendor price quotes, negotiating, preparing purchase orders, and reviewing/approving invoices.
- Manage facilities system operation and maintenance expenses, including forecasting and budgeting (OPEX and CAPEX).
- Work with support service vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the facility manager.
- Act as the point of contact for small to medium projects as assigned by the facility manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in vendor management.
- Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
