About the role

Technical Program Manager responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary data center network deployment programs. Collaborates with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, risks, and cross-functional communication. Part of Google's Data Center team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
  • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate needs into program goals and deliverables, and contribute to prioritization decisions.
  • Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
  • Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
  • Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and mutual goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience delivering and managing network deployment projects.
