About the role

gTech’s Professional Services team provides foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers, focusing on technical implementation, optimization, and impactful solutions to help customers achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Be a dedicated people manager for a team of individual contributors. Hire, set clear expectations, coach, provide feedback, support career development, and foster a high-trust environment.
  • Own day-to-day execution of a portion of the engineering roadmap in partnership with GCS teams. Manage project timelines, unblock technical challenges, and ensure on-time delivery of your team's projects.
  • Act as the primary technical mentor for your team. Lead design reviews, participate in code reviews, and uphold engineering excellence.
  • Work closely with other engineering managers, product managers, and the gAP Delivery teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 8 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical leadership, including leading business transformation initiatives.
