About the role

Granola is seeking a hands-on affiliate/influencer/creator marketer to scale partnership programmes across evergreen and launch campaigns. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing creator partnerships, sponsorships, affiliations, and hybrid models to drive user growth and brand narrative.

Responsibilities

  • Own a creator portfolio: grow and manage a large portfolio of key accounts (sponsored, affiliates or hybrid) and maintain regular contact to increase Granola’s presence across channels
  • Newsletter sponsorships: own channel end to end—from partner onboarding and booking through live-date tracking, invoicing, and performance reporting
  • Influencer partnerships: sourcing and onboarding great creators for authentic collaborations with demos of Granola and creative briefs to drive new user acquisitions
  • YouTube collaborations: run campaigns with YouTube creators to meet internal priorities through integrations, dedicated videos and editorial projects
  • Example projects: Newsletter creatives (draft launch announcements, collaborate with design/copywriting for assets, review editorial for accuracy and brand safety), AEO portfolio (increase citations via YouTube partnerships/listicle sponsorships, measure impact), Account management (be point of contact for affiliates/creators, build win-win deals, generate authentic content)

Qualifications

  • 3 years in influencer/affiliate marketing (brand-side or agency side) with tangible business impact
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts and systems to support hundreds of vendors/deals
  • Experience in a startup/scale-up, preferably in tech, AI or B2B SaaS space, with understanding of enterprise and self-serve ICP
