About the role

Recruiter role focused on University Talent Acquisition within the AUTA Field Recruiting Team. Based in Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington with travel required; responsible for end-to-end recruiting strategy, candidate generation, client relationships, and process optimization to support Amazon’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
  • Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
  • Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Facilitate candidate interview events. Travel is required.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
  • Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies including employer branding and interview process optimization
  • Experience with CTS/ATS with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

  • Base salary listed by location: Nashville 50,900.00 - 89,100.00 USD annually; Arlington 56,600.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually; Seattle 80,200.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
