Program Manager II overseeing scheduling transfers and reusables within NAST GoCarts Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programs related to scheduling transfers and reusables within GoCarts operations (NAST)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transfer and reuse workflows
  • Develop and implement process improvements for GoCarts management
  • Track program metrics and drive continuous improvement across the program
  • Escalate and resolve program risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align program goals with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Relevant program management experience in a similar logistics/operations environment
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities
