About the role

Amazon Mexico Retail team is looking for a data driven, customer-obsessed, hands on and creative candidate to join our team. As Vendor Specialist, you'll work with different vendors to help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx, while facilitating strong business relationships with top brands.

Responsibilities

  • Look after a brand’s product portfolio and contribute to improvements in the user experience for customers.
  • Create detailed monthly performance reports.
  • Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.
  • Provide support to drive category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions.
  • Propose changes to operational processes.
  • Drive high standards in customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure high-quality product detail pages.
  • Make recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
  • Experience working in a cross-functional or client-facing environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading) and ability to take direction in English
