About the role

Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager leading and mentoring a team of expert technicians to ensure equipment reliability and site/network performance across Amazon's European facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues in site compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Implement EU network standards, plan preventative maintenance and ensure technical availability
  • Collaborate with colleagues to collect and analyze data to improve processes
  • Deliver and support both site-based and network-level projects
  • Lead, support and mentor your team to develop their career

Qualifications

  • Experience in reliability/maintenance environments, or experience in similar environments
  • Experience in engineering team management
  • Experience working with and managing third party vendors, or experience in similar environments
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics
