About the role

Amazon Mexico seeks a Sr Marketing Manager to develop and grow Category marketing, overseeing acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives across online channels and cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site merchandising for all MX categories, develop and execute merchandising activities, manage navigation structure, create pages and merchandising features to support coop initiatives, and coordinate/promote promotional events and campaigns.
  • Lead several programs for customer acquisition and engagement, partnering with multiple tech teams.
  • Collaborate with traffic teams to drive customers and sales to the store via gateway, outbound, associates, search, and social media.
  • Design, lead and implement customer experience enhancement/improvement projects.
  • Create and analyze performance metrics and make ROI-based business decisions for future directions.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to build supporting automation.
  • Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of key content and marketing metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
