Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience in senior operations management or equivalent leadership role

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale process improvements and cost reductions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus across stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
