About the role
IT Support Associate to support Operations team by resolving issues involving multiple IT architectures. On-site position in Cajamar, SP, Brazil with opportunities for on-site and remote support across multiple locations; emphasis on mentoring, continuous learning, and contributing to infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
- English (Read and Write)
