About the role

Senior leadership role owning the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of Next Day Speed across EU5 and EXP8 markets within the EU Speed team of EU Supply Chain, Transportation Planning & Operational Excellence (STEP). Focuses on delivering next-day delivery speed, leading a team of program managers and analysts, and driving multi-year vision and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and own the strategy for Next Day Speed across EU5 and EXP8 markets.
  • Own end-to-end Next Day speed metrics (1D and 2D Speed) and drive cross-functional execution to close performance gaps.
  • Lead a team of program managers and analysts; hire, mentor, and develop future leaders.
  • Distill inputs from diverse customer segments and stakeholders to design long-term solutions and roadmaps.
  • Deconstruct risks, balance trade-offs, and drive scalable mechanisms for speed improvement and cost reduction.
  • Communicate complex operational data to senior leadership with clear narratives and actionable insights.
  • Build mechanisms for operational excellence, remove bottlenecks, and educate others on best practices.
  • Influence priorities across STEP Operations, Transportation, Network Design, Finance, Stores, and country-level operations; collaborate with Directors/VPs to align capacity and investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
