About the role

Content Marketing Manager to execute and optimize content programs for Amazon Supply Chain Services across a multi-service logistics portfolio, managing end-to-end content production, distribution, and customer reference programs with AI-driven tooling while upholding quality and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the content roadmap aligned to commercial goals across Amazon Shipping, Freight, Air Cargo, and adjacent service lines; track success metrics and flag gaps to leadership
  • Manage content production end-to-end: collateral development, lifecycle management, engagement tracking, and performance reporting to inform investment decisions
  • Create case studies, blog posts, and testimonials that generate awareness, establish credibility, and support pipeline progression
  • Apply content frameworks, taxonomies, and standards to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and brand voice across service lines

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • Experience supporting cross-functional marketing programs with measurable business impact
