About the role

Senior program manager to lead the FC authentication experience on the Transparency team, collaborating with engineering, business, and operations stakeholders across multiple regions to define strategy, requirements, and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from design through delivery for the FC authentication experience.
  • Define strategy and requirements in collaboration with engineering, business, and operations stakeholders.
  • Work with brands, fulfillment centers (FCs), business development, and operational teams globally (US, EU, CN, IN, JP, AU).
  • Leverage data and metrics to drive improvements and communicate results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
