About the role

WHS Manager leading a comprehensive safety program at a distribution/operational site, partnering with Operations leadership, driving data-driven safety improvements, building a high-performing WHS team, and ensuring safety culture and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global WHS Program at the site and partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily operations
  • Conduct risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals
  • Drive safety leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Measure performance against WHS policies, analyze metrics, and conduct site audits to address non-compliance issues
  • Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management
