About the role

Senior Program Manager responsible for leading pricing initiatives for Delivery Service Partners across Europe, with deep expertise in rate structures, cost models, market economics, and logistics-driven pricing. Role focuses on building and owning pricing models, driving DSP payments strategy, and partnering with operations and finance to scale the payments program across EU.

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic programs and initiatives that will drive our DSP payments program, directly shaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across Europe.
  • Developing processes and mechanisms that address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business.
  • Conducting root cause analysis that allows us to understand the financial health of our delivery partners, and develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
  • Reporting to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience in pricing, commercial finance, or rate/compensation: building cost models, scenario analysis, and unit economics
