About the role

Senior manager leading a distributed team of FBA Operations Managers across Brazil fulfillment centers, serving as liaison between FC Operations and FBA Business teams to drive end-to-end operational excellence in Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management with a focus on process improvement, AI-driven optimization, and seller experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operations–Business Integration — Serve as the primary liaison between FC Operations and FBA Business teams (Program, Sales, S&OP), ensuring operational realities inform business decisions and priorities translate into actionable operational plans.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization — Map existing Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management workflows; identify gaps and implement cross-team improvements with measurable impact.
  • AI-Driven Process Innovation — Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and automation to accelerate improvements and surface insights from large-scale data.
  • Metrics Ownership & Performance Management — Build and refine the FBA Ops metrics framework; monitor KPIs and drive data-informed corrective actions.
  • Impact Quantification & Business Case Development — Size opportunities and develop business cases to support roadmaps for LATAM and Global teams.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Product Partnership — Translate operational insights into product requirements and programmatic solutions.
  • Seller Experience Enhancement — Drive solutions that improve Seller Experience.
  • Escalation & Trade-off Management — Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs with constraints across operations and technical domains.

Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience in supply chain
