About the role

Lead role in ICQA ensuring operational excellence, monitoring workflow, training and supporting team members, and collaborating with other departments to optimize safety, quality, and productivity. Based in one of the operational sites with responsibilities around shift support, planning, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and monitor workflow, on-site performance, and provide shift-level insights to frontline management to ensure operational excellence across shifts
  • Support and train employees to deliver excellent service and supervise their daily activities
  • Assist Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, foster a safe work environment, and increase workforce engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve common issues or support needs in key performance areas
  • Use data analysis to identify ways to optimize safety, quality, and productivity
  • On a day-to-day basis, be the ICQA lead at one of the sites, support shift execution, participate in pre-shift team meetings, and monitor adherence to safety rules, quality processes, and daily priorities
  • Report issues to the manager, and sometimes act as the most senior person on shift, guiding team members to complete tasks
  • Assist Shift/Area Manager with shift planning to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) at C1 level (CEFR)
  • Relevant work experience in problem solving and identifying issues using metrics and data
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
