About the role

Role performing annotations and audits, following SOPs, with repetitive tasks and multi-task prioritization, using software tools for data capture, and escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and work on defined sets of instructions, procedures, and guidelines for new tasks and releases.
  • Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions without compromising quality.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Complete complex tasks with minimal guidance, and respond with appropriate urgency to quick-turnaround situations.
  • Use software tools for data capture and follow organizational processes daily.
  • Capture results, communicate, and escalate failures or doubts.
  • A day in the life will be to perform annotations and audit as per SOP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
  • A graduate in any field of study. (M.Sc., B.Sc.,) Quantitative fields such as science and engineering preferred but not mandatory
  • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc. are required
  • Ability to handle multiple category images in a fast-paced environment
