About the role

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. The role involves using ERP systems to manage warehouse tasks, ensure proper packaging and tagging, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across functions to maintain stock availability and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts
  • Verify all materials are packaged/bagged and tagged for hand off to the production floor
  • Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies
  • Communicate with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems
  • Assist in managing shortages for clear to kit availability and floor stock replenishment
  • Continuous improvement to streamline and improve results of stock availability
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Exhibit a constant passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Prepare and provide data driven reviews to management
  • Willing to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs

Qualifications

  • High School or equivalent diploma
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, with or without reasonable accommodation
