About the role
The Coalition Accelerator Builder team translates defence-cloud demand into reusable, deliverable accelerators (e.g., C2CMA, Trusted Secure Enclaves, CEGA) and codifies learnings into repeatable patterns for ProServe, partners, and regional teams. The role combines hands-on engineering in accelerator codebases with live customer delivery, standardized reference architectures, and enablement collateral to scale delivery across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain accelerator codebases. Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code. Own the shared core that every deployment depends on.
- Embed in live customer delivery. Work alongside ProServe and partner teams on funded engagements to validate patterns, fix what breaks, and build credibility for approaches to scale.
- Build and maintain demo and reference platforms. Standing environments that prove accelerators work, support sales conversations, and provide validated starting points, including secure-by-design patterns for accreditation bodies.
- Design and implement automated compliance validation tooling that maps deployed infrastructure to control frameworks (NATO, NCSC, national standards) and produces auditable evidence.
- Own contribution standards and code quality. Define how ProServe and partners contribute to the shared codebase. Review PRs, enforce Architecture Decision Records, maintain architectural coherence across country-specific extensions.
- Create technical enablement collateral. Deployment guides, runbooks, architecture walkthroughs, security runbooks, accreditation evidence templates, and hands-on workshops to enable non-specialist SAs, Tech BDs, and delivery teams.
- Drive roadmap delivery. Execute against priorities set by Product Owner and STL. Translate field demand into shipped capability.
- Interface across the collaboration model. Collaborate with ProServe, partners, regional SAs, Tech BDs, and AWS Security; act as bridge between direction-setting and scalable delivery.

- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
