About the role

Lead the team building Growth Advisors, an agentic AI-driven solution that autonomously executes growth strategies for Amazon sellers. Architect and deliver seller-facing applications that provide generated insights and recommendations, with a centralized intelligence layer to guide seller growth across domains.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver seller facing applications with generated insights/recommendations.
  • Pilot major growth solutions for concrete business use cases for sellers.
  • Design and develop Growth Advisors (GA) to autonomously execute growth strategies.
  • Ensure coherence and sequencing of growth plans across domains.
  • Generate transparent reasoning for why actions are recommended and expected outcomes.
  • Deliver hyper-personalized guidance by integrating seller goals, constraints, behavioral signals, and business characteristics.
  • Ensure consistency across seller-facing surfaces (Next Gen Selling, Seller Assistant, SP-API).
  • Track outcomes to create continuous feedback loops that improve recommendation quality over time.
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineering leadership, Product Management, Scientists, UX designers, and cross-org teams.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of engineering team management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams
