About the role

Operations-focused role within Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) / ACES, responsible for managing and improving last-mile and store/delivery operations, coaching teams, ensuring adherence to policies, and driving performance improvements across Ultra Fast Grocery/Last Mile operations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for a combination of small sites. Supervising Last mile operations
  • Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
  • Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.
  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
  • Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
  • Stand-in for Area Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes
