About the role

Senior Solutions Engineer at Sanas responsible for owning the technical side of enterprise and BPO deals, running pilots, proving product value in customer environments, and helping convert pilots into closed deals while shaping product direction and playbooks for new offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Set the pilot up to be winnable by qualifying technical and business fit with the AE, agreeing success criteria, and tying pilot to strategic impact.
  • Run the pilot day to day including provisioning in the portal, monitoring usage, triaging audio/quality issues, training supervisors and agents, coordinating with Deployment Managers and engineering teams, and collecting proof of value.
  • Prove value and close deals by building readouts (AHT, FCR, CSAT, QA, compliance, sales conversion) and presenting to executives.
  • Hand accounts off to Customer Success and feed learnings back to Product to influence roadmap.
  • Bring new products to market by leading first pilots, scoping deals, and creating reusable playbooks for SEs and AEs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to prepare demos, requirements, and security responses prior to customer asks.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in presales solutions engineering, solutions consulting, or a technical customer-facing role in CCaaS, CX, UC, or contact center software.
  • Ability to interact with VP/CIO level customers and perform hands-on technical tasks with desktop admins.
  • Experience with Windows desktops, thin clients, VDI, audio devices, browsers, and network/CPU constraints; ability to read a result without overclaiming.
  • Experience conducting security reviews and responding to RFPs.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to produce concise readouts and summaries.
  • Comfort with minimal playbooks and willingness to author new ones for new products.
  • Willingness to travel ~20% (APAC/EMEA/LATAM occasional calls) and travel to customer sites.
